Senator Woelfel moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 4, line 71, after the word "child" by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That in no case shall the provisions of this subsection apply to the mandatory immunization against polio provided for in subsections (b) and (c) of this section.
